VP - Talent Management & ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT (12+ yrs)

Location: Delhi/NCR

- Design, develop and implement Talent Management and Development Framework, policies and process

- Develop Leadership Development Strategy & framework, policies, processes

- Develop Talent Management Framework, policies, processes, review mechanisms, tools & templates

- Conduct internal talent assessment to identify leadership development

- Work with businesses to develop leaders for the future of the business

- Design and implement assessment processes and tools for identification of High potential employees across company

- Candidate must have 12+ years of related experience
