VP - Talent Acquisition, Large IT Product Organisation (Bangalore)

Our client is a US based IT Product large Group. Established over 2 decades, has Global presence with offices across 20 locations & employing over 30000 employees.

Designation: Vice President, Talent Acquisition

Position reports to India Head/Director HR (EMEA region) and responsible for setting up Talent Acquisition

Academics/Experience:

- Should be from Premier B schools in HR specialization.

- 10-12+ years experience in Talent Acquisition/Talent Management

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage entire process or area of TA.

- Develop and execute Talent acquisition strategies – existing and new Locations.

- Specs job, sources candidates, assess candidate (recommends offer package including compensation), close candidate, processing offer/hire, partners with TA Manager’s on strategy and SLA's;

- Establish, Maintain & Reports metrics on all steps in recruiting process (i.e. source mix, cost per hire, TAT, offers, hires, declines, ratios, etc.)

- Manages and initiates very complex projects autonomously, they may have significant bottom-line impact.

- Establish and drive relationships with vendors or partners and proactively address issues/concerns.

- Executes vision and goals for the team or department.

- Plans, executes and measures multi channel complex sourcing efforts

- Turns leads into results;

- Assemble effective hiring team/ meeting and assigns competencies

- Influences hiring decisions

- Responsible for complex recruiting strategies with hiring managers for a wide range of positions and more senior positions, through the VP level.

- Right Talent available at the right time with the right quantity

- Develops more complex recruiting strategies with TA teams for a wide range of mainly exempt positions, through the Director level.

- Offers a consultative approach to the TA teams and what their needs are.

- Has an in-depth understanding of the context of the positions recruiting for.

- Responsible for effectively networking by referral / reference contacts, internal employees, conducting industry research, cold calling & attending events.

- Works with the team on complex, strategic offers & Leads complex hiring meetings.

- Establishes policies/practices for new situations.

Desired Profile:

- 10-12+ years experience in recruitment

- Significant TA/TM experience in IT product organizations

- Proven experience in creating recruiting strategy and detailed plans for IT product/engineering organizations

- Proven ability to interview, position, sell and close senior roles to appropriate candidates

- Strong communications skills and ability to communicate with executives within the company.

- Should have directly managed large TA teams, across locations

Compensation: Not a limiting factor for the deserving candidate. Ideal range of approx 25-30 lac per annum.

Location: Bangalore; should be willing to relocate to any other location PAN India
