About our Client -: Our client is a leading MNC bank with captive centre in India supporting global operations. They are a pioneer in consumer banking and wealth management globally and are regarded as one of the leading consumer banks worldwide. They are seeking a VP Talent Acquisition to be based out of Hyderabad to lead Talent Acquisition.
Job Description: Reporting into the HR Head, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with multiple businesses on recruitment strategies and managing global stakeholders
- Managing the hiring needs for different business units and ensuring the process is streamlined
- Leading a team of 12-15 members to manage the recruitment needs
- Manage hiring across leadership, lateral and campus
- Lead the campus engagement strategy and operationalize the plan for the same
- Partner with other staffing leads and ensuring zero miss on compliance during the process
- Manage strategic recruitment initiatives covering the whole recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate offer with special focus on referral campaigns
- End to end vendor management for niche recruitment needs
The Successful Candidate : As a successful candidate you should have:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition having worked in Banking or Technology setups
- Experience in managing end to end recruitment for campus, lateral and senior leadership hiring
- Strong preference would be given to MBA candidates from Tier 1/2 B school
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
