We are hiring for our client, one of India's largest private Sector Bank, for the position of

Unit Head Audit : Offsite Monitoring.

Reporting Team Size : 6-8

Grade : VP/ SVP

Qualification : CA with Minimum 12-15 Years of experience of forensic audit / investigation techniques and must have detailed research orientation/ investigative approach for identification of issues / outliers. Also must have knowledge of accounting principles and RBI guidelines on banking operations. Must have managed teams in previous role/roles

Job Objective :

To manage staff alerts & suspense accounts monitoring team across all departments of the Bank

Job Responsibilities :

- Ensure review of adherence of regulatory guidelines on opening / monitoring of internal / office accounts

- Ensure central monitoring of internal / office accounts basis monthly reportings done by respective departments

- Reviewing chart of accounts to ensure the same is in line with accounting principles & regulatory guidelines

- Identifying areas of concerns / concerning trends to the concerned business heads

- Ensure monthly concurrent audit report and review of responses within the prescribed timeframe

- Carrying out special reviews / investigations (if any) assigned by the Regional Head

- Preparation of ACB / Board notes for the team and submission to HO.

- Manage team, develop talent, build effective team and create bench strength.

- Ensure central monitoring of transactions in staff / vendor / vendor staff accounts through analytical tools

- Identifying areas of concerns / concerning trends to the concerned business heads through forensic auditing techniques

- Identifying new scenarios for increasing the effectiveness of offsite monitoring

- Implementation of investigative techniques through data analytics for identification of possible frauds / outliers

- Ensure monthly concurrent audit report and review of responses within the prescribed timeframe

- Carrying out special reviews / investigations (if any) assigned by the Regional Head

- Preparation of ACB / Board notes for the team and submission to HO.

- Manage team, develop talent, build effective team and create bench strength.

- Supervising the team to ensure monitoring of internal / office accounts
