VP/SVP Program Head - 12+ Years of experience - Bangalore - (IIT & IIMs Graduates only)

key responsibilities:

- Guarding NPS: Build robust processes and ensure adherence to the process. Work closely with tech and product to standardise experience. For example, standardised revision notes post lectures, iterations on content if a section is unhappy, process around problem solving sessions, etc.

- Guard learning outcomes: Work with module owners to establish diligence on closely watching current numbers. Figuring out quick experiments to improve those numbers. Work with TA and mentor team to understand how best to leverage them (TA training, TA hiring, Mentor training, mentor hiring, facilitating content with help of instructor team to TAs and mentors). In general, help module owners succeed.

- Training and capacity building: Train module owners on program managing and be able to drive to goals. Enabling them on driving cross-org efforts. Coach members in instructor team on people management if they are current managers.

- Org chart design / Levelling design / Adherence in performance reports or 1:1s: Specifically for the instructor org. Ensuring we guard against any unwanted attrition and people have long term goals to align against.

- Leveraging external resources to augment curriculum wherever needed: Design of soft skill / career track curriculum.

Preferred experience and skill sets:

- 12+ years relevant work experience in building, executing and scaling consumer business in fast paced environments.

- Strong operational muscle to have handled large scale operations.

- Experience in at least one zero to one build-up - having been resourceful to navigate a hard market.

- Deep analytical skills, with high capacity to think strategically about complex issues, evaluate alternatives, and make compelling recommendations based on proven business case analysis.

- Ability to collaborate with various departments by utilizing superior relationship-building skills, interpersonal skills, and influence.

- Perseverance and drive manifested in a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever needs to be done.

- Effective communication and influencing skills; and a passion for education.

Good to have: Some exposure to education businesses in the past.
