Job Description :
- A strategic HR Leadership role that involves creating and implementing the HR strategy in line with business priorities supporting global stakeholders for IT / Other business unit.
- Implementing the performance/talent management/R&R/C&B processes to maximize talent development, retention and engagement in line with company policies. Also, will hold the responsibility of customization & adaptation of Corporate policies to business.
- Experience managing global stakeholders is a must.
- Would lead and manage a large team for HRBPs and drive best HR Practices through them.
