Job Role: Lead-Training Projects and Change Management
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 15-18 years of experience with over 10 years' experience in managing projects and change management initiatives. Exposure of Banking /Training projects will be an added advantage.
Position Reporting to: Head-Functional Training, Consumer Bank
Lead-Training Projects and Change Management will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time with timely roll-out, and effectively by increasing employee adoption and usage. Person in this role will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and employee / customer journeys.
Qualifications:
Required Education, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or another related field, and coursework in Organizational Change Management preferred
- 5-7 years of experience as an Organizational Change Management specialist, Training Lead or business analyst, or project manager role leading business process transformation, at least some of which is related to the introduction of new technology, preferably in Banking & Financial Services sector.

Additional Job Responsibilities:
- Working collaboratively with Project teams, often in the role of Lead-Projects and Change Management the person would be expected to:
- Develop change management strategies and detailed change management plans for the change initiative
- Prepare the project plan, equip the training team (content and delivery) for their roles in execution of the change management plans.
- Coach the trainers , align business unit / customer leaders in change management principles and their practical application in a project context
- Continually assess progression of change readiness by stakeholder groups and refine or supplement the change management plans as required and feed them back for incorporation in training plans
- Evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and tactics used to promote adoption by the bank staff
- Conduct ongoing risk/impact assessments and provide support throughout the project to determine potential challenges/barriers and identify corresponding risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate change management activities at implementation to ensure that all planned activities are carried out smoothly
- Work closely with the role responsible for benefits realization management to monitor adoption and conduct investigations into unsatisfactory outcomes
- Responsible for the overall management and delivery and of projects (scope, timeline, budget) within Project Delivery & Planning group portfolio
- Support communication efforts: Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications through coordination with Training team (Content & Delivery) and if required with Marketing team and other stakeholders.
- Support training efforts: Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs by coordinating with IT/Business solutions group on UX/UI
- Integrate change management activities into project plan
- Create actionable deliverables for the change management levers: communications plan, Business sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
- Coordinate efforts with specialists and internal stakeholders.
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance and adequately equip the training teams.
