VP/SVP - Equity Market

Responsibilities:

Raising resources through Equity or Equity related Instruments for various Businesses for the complete life cycle of conceptualisation to execution

Relationship building and management with institutional players and existing clients

Strategising and finding avenues for value creation for various businesses

Timely & accurate reporting

Competencies:

Strong relationship with key equity capital markets players - FIIs, MFs, Private Equity, Sovereign Funds etc.

Experience and knowledge of Equity Capital Market and track record of raising resources through Equity and Equity related instruments

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate internally and externally

Highest level of integrity, strong analytical skills and critical thinking skills

Self-motivated, disciplined, assertive and able to work independently in a fast paced, competitive environment

Awareness and understanding of general economic conditions and Equity and Debt Capital Markets.
