VP/SVP - Debt Market

Responsibilities:

- Debt Syndication (Term Loans & Working Capital) for existing projects as well as upcoming projects across Group companies

- Structuring of new cost effective Debt Products and market placements

- Building relations with new/alternate Debt Market

- Reduction in cost of borrowing for the existing Borrowings

- Reporting in a timely, accurate manner to required audiences

- Adhere to standards consistent with company policies and procedures

Key Competencies:

Experience & Understanding of Debt Market, including track record of successfully executing Debt Syndication assignments

Ability to Structure new Debt Products and selling across traditional and new markets

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly.
