Looking for Vice President/SVP - Sales, having 8-10 years in Sales/BD (in Digital Marketing/Paid Media only)
Location: Baner, Pune
Role Overview:
We are looking for a strong candidate in Sales with specific experience and competencies within Digital Marketing / Paid Media, etc to spearhead the organization towards its next level of growth. This role will be responsible for new client acquisition and top line revenue. This is a very consultative sell basis client business understanding and we are looking for a passionate salesperson who is excited about working with a Leader in Online Advertising to join the team.
Key Purpose & Responsibilities:
- End to end planning and orchestration of the sales cycle for enterprise clients at a regional level.
- Partner management across channels to place Sokrati as a leader and preferred partner for integrated media solutions.
- Deliver against assigned quarterly new customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.
- Represent the organization at marketing and technology conferences.
- Participate in product strategy definition with the Product team.
- Evaluate newer Solution-Offering opportunities, build go-to market strategies for them.
- Own the entire sales process for Clients overseen and deliver through internal presales and solutioning teams.
- Work closely with capability heads and help clients in achieving the right solutioning for various business problems.
- Adhere to the sales process for the sector or for the client using Merkle New Solutions group guidelines towards deal closure.
- Leverage own network and connect towards lead generation and incremental business for the organization.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Graduation required. PG preferred.
- Strong Sales and Marketing background in B2B.
- A minimum experience of 8-10 years, including min 5 years in consultative digital sales experience (Display ad-sales not considered), with a top-tier marketing service firm.
- Most important attribute for this role is to have a high bias for action with high industry connect and hunger to sell solutions to the business problem.
