Job Description:-

- Generating fee income for group by raising funds for real estate companies through equity, debt syndication from real estate funds, NBFCs and HNIs.

- Sourcing equity, debt transaction mandates from developers.

- Financial Modeling for projects.

- Structuring Joint Development transactions between developers and landowners.

- Land Advisory Services to HNI customers, corporates, developers.

- Developing and managing relationship with builders and real estate fund managers.

- Leveraging ICICI bank channels viz. Private Banking Group, International Banking Group to generate demand and supply mandates

- Sourcing research related mandates from developers and real estate funds for research and consulting function of property services group.

- Handling a team of managers.

NOTE : Experience in real estate sector is a must.
