VP - Stressed Asset Management

Principal Accountabilities :

- Lead team for Resolution of Specific Stressed Asset Accounts in the Corporate Banking and Project Finance Portfolio

- Handle the assignments independently for identification of problems through active engagement with Business RM & client.

- Close monitoring and maintaining identified potential stress cases

- Improvement of security cover, betterment of terms for the organisation

- Leading execution of resolution strategy

- Internal and external negotiations (with Borrowers, CDR forum, multiple co-lenders, private equity investors and other parties) to arrive at optimal solution

Relevant & Total years of Experience :

- 7 to 10 years with around 5 years of direct experience in handling stressed assets in Corporate Banking

- Educational Qualification : CA/MBA/CFA/LLM
