Job Description - As the Vice President, you will be reporting to a Director and Head of Strategy & Execution and will be responsible for:

- Lead the Strategy & Execution team at Mumbai

- Efficiently delivering Projects to achieve delivery parameters

- Maintain and Evolve the Program Management Office

- Implementing governance - Monitor, Control and Report

- Managing global stakeholders and driving strategy initiatives

- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting to all stake holders

- Leading quality and productivity initiatives including Lean Six Sigma within the team and ensure delivery of benefits

The Successful Candidate - You will have a graduate with at least 10 years of PMO experience in Strategy & Execution for global markets. Additionally, you would have had sound Program Management experience and experience in managing CXO level stakeholders. You will have brilliant written and verbal communication skills and will be excellent at presentations to Senior Management. You will have the ability to influence and drive stakeholders and be adaptive particularly to cultural diversity.
