Role : Work as a part of the Strategy division on global, regional and divisional projects

- Provide analytical support and thought leadership expertise on strategy initiatives, with a focus on strategic development, long term business growth, and overall positioning

- Identify, analyze and monitor issues that affect profitability, growth, and productivity

- Support management / business on strategic projects (e.g. identifying opportunities in new areas of growth, developing medium-term business strategy and planning, acquisition screening / evaluation for inorganic opportunities, new digital business growth opportunities etc.)

- Strategic assessment of underperforming businesses and development of scenarios / recommendations for business heads

- Prepare presentations for senior management board meetings, investor day, off-sites, town Halls

- Conduct analysis of the competitive and general macro / market environment for senior management presentations. Develop market sizing / revenue pool models

Requirement: Relevant work experience in a strategy role, in a consulting firm or a strategy/business planning unit of a financial institution

- Strong knowledge of the financial services industry

- Strong analytical, quantitative, and technical abilities

- Problem solving and creative thinking skills

- Strong communication skills (written & oral) and ability to interact with senior firm leaders.
