About our Client:

Our client is a large MNC Financial Services firm with significant growth plans for the India region. They are embarking on the next stage of the development of their Captive Centre in Delhi NCR. As part of their growth, they are looking to hire a senior professional at VP/SVP level to manage key vendor relationships supporting procurement, travel, operations and other critical functions. They are looking for a highly talented and seasoned professional with ability to manage and deepen the relationship with vendor partners based in Delhi NCR.

Job Description:

- Reporting into Business Head based out of US, you would be working closely with internal and external stakeholders and manage the relationship with vendor partners to drive SLAs, outsourcing strategies, process improvement initiatives, monitor adherence to contractual terms and drive efficiency across businesses.

- You would also be work closely with business teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery for processes across travel, procurement and other critical operations.

The Successful Candidate:

- MBA from premier B-School with around 15 to 18 years of relevant experience in financial services outsourcing and managing relationship with vendor partners.

- Successful track record of managing senior stakeholders in an international environment and building effective working relationships with internal/external stakeholders.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills with strong financial acumen.

- Extensive quality, reengineering, project initiation and business analysis experience.

- Successful track record of leading and growing high performing teams.
