Our client is India's only Multinational chain of Diagnostic Centers. They are looking to hire for the position of VP/Sr. VP Non Technical Services.

Job Description

Job Title: VP/ Sr. VP (Non Technical Services)

Work Experience: More than 15 years (exposure to various departments like Logistics, Materials, Customer care, HR, Administration, credit control, etc)

Reporting To: COO & Head of Scientific Services

Reportees: GM/ National Head (All Non-Technical Dept.) including Logistics, Supply chain, Human Resource, Materials, credit control,customer service etc.

Job Responsibilities:

- To provide directions and guidance to all the departments under control to achieve the Company objective
Monitor and supervise the work of General Managers of various departments like Logistics, Supply chain, Human Resource, Materials, credit control,customer service etc.

- Overseeing, monitoring and auditing smooth running of the services, with the help of various designated General Manager (Incharges)

- Work closely with COO and General Managers (Various Dept) to ensure a high standard of care and meet / exceed customer"s expectations.

- Preparation of staffing plan, identifying numbers, skills and qualifications of clinical and non-clinical staff needed for various types of specialized services to optimize profitability

- Intelligent Alignment of all services at Diagnostic Centers for enhancing customer satisfaction across India operations

- Providing the administrative & budgetary approvals after it is cleared from the end users.

- Ensuring optimal utilization of resources

- Ensuring uninterrupted operations of all the centers(in India and as well as overseas)

- Effectively managing regulatory matters and liaising with Government authorities.

- Playing a key role in managing all aspects of center's administration involving policy making and planning, day to day administration and crisis management in the four hospitals of the group.

- Monitoring the entire administrative functions of the chain of Diagnostic Centers, entailing HR & Personnel, Billing, Diagnostics, Front Office, Patient Relations, Maintenance, Inventory, F&B, Transportation and Security.

- Monitor Manpower planning and Recruitment.
