VP/Sr VP - Analytics - Captive Banking

Established competency in one or more of the following

- Financial Analysis

- Business Analysis

- Statistical Modeling

- Strong Analytical aptitude and logical reasoning ability

- Strong presentation and communication skills.

- Strong process/project management skill

- Knowledge of analytical tools such as SAS/SQL and complex data sources

- Experience in one or more financial services businesses (cards, retail bank, mortgage etc)

- Strong experience of setting up and managing Analytics teams.

- Managing and leading the Bank’s Commercial/Wholesale Credit card Analytics function.

- Carry out Credit Risk Stress Tests, Independent Validation and Review of Rating Systems including peer reviews of developed models.

- Oversee development and implementation of data driven strategies to manage the retail portfolio risks, models for loss forecasting, provisioning methods, portfolio analysis and segmentation.

Prior work experience in US/UK Analytics functions would be preferred.
