Requirements:

Candidates with experience in statistical analytics, statistical modeling with knowledge and experience in SAS/SPSS is a must.

- Stakeholder management- should have worked with global team.

- Excellent Communications skills

- 10 yrs of team mgt, stakeholder mgt, project mgt and budgeting experience.

- Research and analytical background-market intelligence and business research background

- Degree from humanistic careers such as Sociologist/Psychology/HR/Social Communication (will be an advantage).

- People management experience of 6-7 yrs and managing 20-30 people

- Survey analytics experience: statistical background . Should have Knowledge or experience in SPSS, SAS or any statistical software.

- Combination of business research+analytical background+operations experience will be a best fit.

- Budget handling experience
