Our client is a leading Financial Services firm with a strong global presence. They are widely regarded as pioneers in this space, and are recognized for their innovative services and product offerings. Over the years, they have been able to establish a significant presence in the India market. Currently, they are looking to recruit a VP Sourcing (Global Role), based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.
Job Description
Reporting to the Global Sourcing Director, you will be responsible for -
Developing and managing the Global Sourcing Practice for the company across the assigned categories (Professional Services, Marketing, Real Estate, HR, Admin etc).
Managing relationships with key stakeholders (internal & external), thereby driving value for the organization.
Partnering with different Category Leaders to negotiate terms with external vendors.
Liaise extensively with international stakeholders to take advantage of economies of scale, and leverage on global best practices.
The Successful Applicant
You will be a post graduate with around 15 years of experience, along with a strong background in Sourcing/Procurement, across the assigned categories. Prior experience of having worked in a global role is a must. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication/interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior (internal and external) stakeholders, and work in a matrix environment.
