VP sales:
- The position will be responsible for Managing 7-8 hunters hunting for new contracts /sales in region of US to achieve the sales and profit targets in Supply Chain domain.
- A proven, highly articulate, results-oriented, consummate sales professional is desired.
Is responsible for:
- Guiding team to the successful prospecting, closing, and ongoing sales and field support of the company's business opportunities with its customer base in the region of the US.
Leading 7-8 Hunters.
- Creation of high quality relationships with all target customers.
- Help Develop and implement short term and long term sales plan for assigned territory.
- Work with other functions of the company to grow market share and provide market feedback.
- Communicate needs and opportunities to support functions.

Sales Leadership:
- Demonstrate over achievement in high performance sales into Small, Medium & Large companies.
- Exhibit highly refined selling skills and acumen, as well as the ability to effectively interact and create relationships at the highest levels within customer organizations.
Targeted solutions selling:
- Demonstrate success in selling services into Tier 1 companies.
- Be highly adept at discerning the fit and specific value-add that the SCM solutions bring to the customers.
- Sell successfully into the opportunities.
Major account selling:
- Be able to interact effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive management
- Be able to uncover organization dynamics at the prospective customer and craft the most effective sales strategy for the situation; be able to effectively maintain senior management relationships over time.
Sales management:
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively with other sales people and sales engineers.
- Demonstrate ability to manage forecasting, and reporting mechanisms that highly motivate sales personnel while ensuring attainment of planned business objectives.
