About our Client - Our client is a leading global financial services conglomerate with an established domestic presence.

Job Description - Reporting into a Director, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of client securities in accordance with transaction

- Effectively interacting and coordinating with stockbrokers, investment managers, custodians and clients to reach consensus on dates

- Monitoring and managing failed transactions, inventory management and taking stock of cash and securities' positions

- Ensure performance of Transfer teams to meet deadlines without incurring extra cost

- Provide relevant information and reports to senior stakeholders across departments

- Driving process improvements and synergies on an ongoing basis while working with SME's to improve platform capabilities and efficiencies

The Successful Candidate - Preferably holding a Masters degree from a leading university, you must have 10-12 years of relevant experience in managing Securities operations in a captive setup. Exhibiting a thorough knowledge of various aspects in the Securities Settlements process, you must be able to come out with innovative and strategic solutions to lead multiple teams in a high volume client focused environment. You must have demonstrated effective use of performance measurement measures and have experience in liaising with a number of internal and external clients.
