VP/Senior Manager - Finance - Financial Services

Responsibilities

- Manage end to end controllership activities including financial reporting, statutory audit, taxation

- Responsible to finalize the financial statements and ensure statutory audits are completed on a timely manner

- Support team in driving the Annual Planning Process and Annual Budget and drive cost control within the firm

- Ensure compliance with SEBI, Corporate and Tax laws

- Drive process automation and improvements across Finance & Client Servicing

- Develop and maintain a high-caliber and motivated team

The Successful candidate should:

- Be a qualified CA with minimum 3 - 15 years of experience in Banking and Financial services domain

- Posses strong stakeholder management skills
