Job Description:
- Driving sales initiative to achieve business goals & managing frontline sales team and be accountable for increasing sales growth.
- Identify and acquire new lines for business growth & ensuring risk negotiation.
- Conduct detailed market study to analyze the latest market trends and track competitor activities and provide valuable inputs for fine-tuning the selling and marketing.
- Improve market penetration & Customer segmentation for the development of geographies and user application.
- Develop strong inter-personnel relationships with the channel partners, business associates and customers across Delhi NCR.
- Support the sales team by conducting ATL/BTL activities and implementing innovative ideas for lead generation.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience : 15 to 18 years. Candidate should have at least 3 yrs experience in real estate industry.
- Should have strong broker network in pan India with special emphasis on Delhi NCR.
- Should have good negotiation skills.
