Preferred domain : FMCG ( personal care) experience+should have all India Sales Experience.
Qualification required : MBA from top B-schools.
Job Role :
- Analyze and control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Assist marketing group in monitoring competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
- Assist with responses to requests for proposals, direct prospective client tours, prepare pricing, and create sales presentations.
- Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers in large accounts.
- Apply research insights and to provide compelling advertising solutions based on the company's business strengths
- Ensuring customer delight at the heart of each product discussion & point of sale. Leading automation in Sales function
- Creating strategy to increase market share & leading the entire Go-to-Market and end-to-end sales process for Country
- Lead development of all players in the Sales Organization.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
