- The VP Sales North America is directing and managing all sales and activities in the North America region.
- The VP predominant role will be on building recurring SaaS revenue, recruiting developing and managing a sales a high caliber team. This role is a member of the senior management team reporting to the SVP of Sales and CEO.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Build and execute a regional business plan
- Provide solid leadership to the North American sales team and wider organisation
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue goals within the territory
- Identify key growth opportunities/ initiatives and build and execute plan around such initiatives
- Act as coach to the Sales team and other Astute team members especially on large enterprise opportunities
- Generate, develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities sufficient to consistently meet and exceed quarterly quota objectives across all lines of business
- Implement and enforce global process across the region
- Manage team performance and cadence
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and consistently meet both budget and committed revenue goal
- Gain and maintain product and competitive knowledge utilizing Astute Solution resources including, but not limited to organised training, lunch and learns, internal technical contacts and management team
