Job Description - The incumbent will develop marketing & sales Strategy aligned to the business plan (for exports & domestic market);
- prepare the Marketing & Sales Budget & achieve the same; develop an effective Marketing & sales Team;
- initiate action plan to penetrate new markets;
- create market Intelligence for capturing market trends & competition analysis;
- enhance Customer Relations, Retain & acquire new customer;
- work closely with the operations team to ensure that sales opportunities are maximized
The Successful Candidate - Preferably B. Tech. (Textile Engineering) and full time MBA Sales / Marketing / International Business from a reputed institute
- Around 20 years marketing experience in comparable industry with minimum 4 years in a senior management position
