- As a VP Mandate Sales you be will solely responsible for managing end to end activities of Sales side of the Mandate projects undertaken.
- Manage profit and loss statement of the vertical across all lines of businesses, with a robust growth year over year is expected in Value and Volume of the business.
- Negotiate with Builders/developers/clients for a better rewards, undertake projects, build strong relations that will be productive in long term, plan quick billing realization with unique business strategies.
- Responsible for gathering and acting upon Market Intelligence, ongoing trend and implementing same within the organization.
- Develop training program for the team, align with training associates and get it delivered to the team on regular basis.
- Your duties will also include onboarding Mandate projects, deploying & motivating our sales team, designing strategic sales plans, and assessing costs, various income avenues and competition.
- In addition to being an excellent communicator, the ideal candidate will also demonstrate exceptional negotiation and leadership skills.
- Experience: Minimum 12 to18 years of core Sales Function experience with minimum 3 years in managing a Mandate projects.
