The Opportunity

You will get to be one of the earliest employees of a very high profile and game changing fin-tech company where you will play a key role in developing the sales organization that will revolutionize the Indian SME lending market

Job description;

The Ideal Candidate:

- You have been a senior sales leader with a rapidly growing bank, NBFC or other MSME loan originator

- Proven ability to set up high volume generating online and offline direct and indirect channels / partnerships from scratch, engaging at the senior most levels

- You like to travel and have deep experience in working with secured and unsecured MSME credit across multiple geographies

- You have a strong track record of large scale MSME loan origination and of meeting aggressive sales targets

- You are a doer and have a track record of meeting your targets against all odds

- You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Self-starter

The Role

- Work closely with the founding team to help formulate the company's sales strategy and subsequently lead the execution to meet ambitious sales targets

- To lead the development and growth of profitable new business in excess of 100+ crores monthly in a few months whilst keeping origination costs and credit risk very low

- Devise strategies and execute against it to acquire new customers at very low customer acquisition costs

- Build data driven performance monitoring systems and processes to support large volume origination across channels

- Hire and develop the sales organization
