Sales and Distribution experience across India- National level - Health care, personal care, experience in sales
- Age below 50 years
- Takes overall responsibility for implementation of the sales strategy through the establishment of mid to long term performance goals for the Domestic S&D team and ensures their constant review
- Reviews the cascaded sales strategy to Sales teams of various products and channels; Provides inputs to ensure adequate stretch
- Establishes measures, timelines and mechanisms to regularly review the performance against the set targets and provide guidance and support to the team for identified issues
- Drives accurate demand forecasting across regions & products factoring constraints and contingencies with minimal fluctuations of schedules; ensures healthy discussion on the same in S&OP meetings
- Drives the development of guidelines for development of an effective distribution channel and robust dealer networks
- Regularly Monitors the effectiveness of all Distribution channels, plans for their development and
- Optimization; ensures adequate focus on nascent channels
- Builds networks and strategic alliances to drive business development and revenues
- Reviews all MIS Reports and takes corrective actions in case of variations
