Job Description:

1. Managing the sales team of around 150 - 200 people

2. To make sure targets/goal are achieved as per projections for the financial year

3. To take initiatives in new business as given by the organisation

4. To ensure quality deliverables within stipulated timelines

5. To ensure all processes are followed keeping in mind the ethos of the organization

6. To acquire quality Demat accounts

Required skills & experience:

- Any graduate & MBA in Finance/CA/CFA/ICWA

- 5 -10 Years of experience into a leadership role (preferably into financial markets)

- Understanding of capital markets including Derivatives, Currency and Commodities

- Good knowledge of financial products & strong analytical skills
