Description - Working with the client to hire their sales leader to manage the revenue from the APAc region.
Client Details:
Our client is a 25-year-old legacy leading semiconductor design company in India. They offer services like Mixed-signal IP, Semiconductor and product engineering, Turnkey ASICs, and IoT solutions.
Description:
- Building Relationships & Securing Deals:
- Prospecting and growing large accounts to establish a recurring revenue stream through our engineering services.
- Partnering with business units to craft compelling product, service, and competitive advantages.
- Gaining deep customer insights by understanding their priorities, challenges, and both expressed and unexpressed needs.
- Managing the customer database to ensure a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Creating sales forecasts aligned with financial objectives.
- Designing, developing, and deploying account plans to maximize sales potential within our existing client base.
- Proactively managing team performance, focusing on execution through KPIs and metrics.
- Achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the APAC and MEA regions.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving individual and team sales targets
- Experience with working offshore services company operating in the high-tech domain and experience in working with engineering & marketing teams
- Good technical skills in system and software engineering
- Should have through knowledge of delivery and revenue models.
- Must have experience of working with diverse sales channels and interfacing with partners.
- Should have leading/collaborating experience with different components of the sales ecosystem - field sales, inside sales, solutions, acquisition, up-sell / cross-sell, account management, etc.
- Good at strategic planning and operational execution.
- Ability to work with internal and external stake holders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in E&C, EEE, CS or equivalent is a must. MBA will be plus.
- Must have excellent people skills.
