Roles & Responsibilities:
Leadership & Teamwork:
- Develop and maintain relationships and work well with all levels of management.

Service Delivery/Client Relationship Management:
- Develop a consulting culture within team that seeks out opportunities to expand & deepen relationships with existing clients
- Partner with functional business leaders in developing analytical strategies / decision making to achieve a higher value.
- Ensure positive score in the Business Partner Surveys
- Translate key analytical solutions as generic and re-deployable across regions / counties.
Projects and analysis:
- In depth understanding of various functions of risk management, specifically exposure to risk systems likes SMg3, TRIAD, AAPS, and CTA etc.
- Sees the 'bigger picture' and assesses relationships between recommended analytical solutions / projects and business performance.
- Makes decisions, even with ambiguous /incomplete data at a pace that balances the need for further analysis and the need for timely decision given business pressures / requirements.
- Drives timely decision making and actions to address systemic obstacles.
Operational Effectiveness & Control:
- Proactively engage with all regions to ensure that the forecasting processes are highly efficient and standardized. Ensure consistency in “story telling” around forecasting and reserving numbers.
- Monitor team’s business delivery , system accesses, enforcement of compliance & business policies and people performance
- Continuously review key risks and proactively institute controls in place to address the same.
- Support and execute cost improvement strategies.
Problem Solving & Innovative Thinking:
- Consistently challenge the existing forecasting methodology and drive the team to build to develop challenger methodology to remain cutting edge.
- Provides actionable analytical solutions for business problems.
- Leverages external / internal information while providing business solutions.
- Supports innovative analytical thinking & solutions that results into improved business performance
Skills required;
- At least 14+ years of Business Leadership Experience focused primarily in the Banking & Financial Services Domain.
- At least 7+ years of proven Business Infrastructure experience or equivalent
- Masters or Ph.D. degree in either economics or statistics or any quantitative area or MBA (with quantitative background).
- Client/Account Management experience is a must
- An Entrepreneurial spirit/drive to execute quickly with the simultaneous ability to navigate political barriers
- Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, inter-personal and communication skills
