VP - Risk & Control

Hiring for a leading Banking Shared Service set up based in Hyderabad.

Ideally looking at :

- Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in Financial service industry with at least 5 years in Audit / review background

- Experience of Risk management and mitigation

- Deep understanding of working across cultures

- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders

- Excellent understanding and knowledge of Operational Risk and Internal Control principles and ability to assess impacts on the business.

- Knowledge of governance and control frameworks

- Strong ability to operate globally and coordinate with a global team of Risk managers

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, appropriate for interaction with colleagues and stakeholders across all levels and have the ability to make recommendations and decisions

- Good understanding of Risk management tools i.e., ORION, Ariba, PEET, etc.

- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
