- Comp and benefits survey : supporting consulting organization with insights
- Data analysis : understanding of statistical techniques and ability to draw insights from large data sets
- Understands nuances for team, stakeholder, project management
- Lead team of centralised consultants and analysts to provide proactive support to global clients and markets
- Responsible for transactional service delivery teams including compensation, management services, global disclosure database and analytical support team
- Responsible for planning, prioritising resource allocation , managing and balancing activities requested by market teams and minimising disruptions to business activity.
Key accountabilities:
- Delivery of non standard product and services globally. Define and manage budget and balance cost and expenses.
- Establish and maintain relationship with market leaders and sales consultants to ensure that the centralised teams work effectively with all stakeholder
- Responsible for training and development of teams on technical compensation and benefits knowledge and data analysis proficiency.
- Leverage innovations to clients and markets stakeholders creating opportunities for new and expanded business
- Negotiate timelines and cost to ensure commitment to clients are met in a profitable manner
- Report to senior leadership on profitability, new initiatives standardisation .
Qualification and skills:
- Understanding and experience of compensation and benefits surveys
- Strong commercial understanding
- Good with process improvements skills
- Experience of key issues in data analysis
- Lead a team to deliver consistently high level of client experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a tightly defines process in a tight schedule
- Ability to manage across cultural teams
- Advanced excel
Education and eligibility:
- Post graduation preferable in Human resources
- 12+ years of work experience
