Position: VP – Fashion Experience

Looking for creating a strong and compelling fashion experience for its customer by focusing on aesthetics, taste, trends, taste and style. The leader will be responsible for building and giving direction to a world-class ‘customer-first’ value driven team and will play a pivotal role in developing brand platform, developing the ecosystem, recruit brands and help brand stores become successful. He/she will own and lead the Fashion aesthetics of the brand across all touch points, and define the FK Fashion voice in India. He/She will lead and own the portal/mobile and catalogue shopping experience as a whole t.
Business strategy
- Develop the business model: Go deep, understand where opportunities are and create a viable business model to service the opportunities
- Know the market: Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing landscape, find opportunities and prioritize based on size, internal capabilities, etc.
- Know the customer: Understand connected customer behavior, develop new customer insights
- Know the competition: Understand on-line and off-line players. React as and when necessary in an appropriate manner
- Influence the leadership: Convert strategies into action by liaising with cross-functional leadership and drive the changes required
- Hands On: Understand & build business right from scratch & build something on his own.
Brand Stores
- Own and develop brand platform for Fashion
- Develop the ecosystem, recruit brands and make brand stores successful.
Fashion Content
- Lead, own, build a team that defines the aesthetics, taste, trend and style that represents/signifies fashion.
Product Management
- Manage the shopping experience, user interface and how search comes across to consumers.
- Lead a successful software or technology product throughout its lifecycle, including product strategy development, customer insights/needs, and requirements.
- Partner with the other business leaders to define and drive substantial parts of the customer experience for the Fashion
- Lead the complete fashion engagement and shopping experience at the mobile interface and work with product/tech teams to implement the relevant roadmap.
People leadership
- Build, create and even start from scratch a strong team of high performance leaders/business experts/ world class fashion creative experts.
- Set goals, define KPIs and ensure team tracks effectively towards goals

- Product and Creativity expert with a proven track record of success in Leadership.
- Experience leading large and diverse organizations.
- Experience in building and setting up new businesses.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems. In particular, identifying customer needs and inventing new ways to meet those needs.
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in the heat of battle.
