The client - is a large "Business Group" established over two decades, having diverse interests and expertise including Real Estate, Hospitality, Power and Infrastructure Development.

The Group has grown manifold over the years and is all set to redefine the 21st Century Indian industrial landscape. With large projects coming up in the North region including projects in Delhi/NCR, Punjab & Haryana, we are looking for a VP - Leasing (Retail) for them to be based at their corporate office.

We are looking for a "Vice President - Leasing" for our client in Delhi/NCR. The profile is as below:

Vice President - Retail Leasing

Reporting to Director

Experience: 12-15 yrs

Sales/Business Development

Major Duties & Responsibilities:-

- To develop Retail leasing strategy for the team in coordination with the Regional Managers for North Region;

- To direct the Leasing team in the operations;

- To build the Retail Leasing business - Commercial, Retail Outlets & Hospitality in terms of size, professionalism & market position.

- To recognize key brands, retailers, main decision makers and individuals with potential retail requirements of leasing, rental and sales.

- Must have strong foothold in Retail segment & market awareness within the North Region & specially in Punjab/Haryana region;

- To manage lead generation, out & in-bound enquiries;

- To carry out client presentations expressing the value plan of products, solutions, and service offering;

- To involve in projects right from conceptualization stage;

- To work closely on formats for various malls;

- To do Deal Structure and Contract negotiations and closing the transactions;

- Ensure timely collections and efficient Account Management;

- To direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of Retail leasing team and oversee their daily activities;

- To Prepare Daily/ weekly/ fortnightly/ monthly reporting of Leasing analytics and MIS to enable management decision.

Salary: Approx range of 15-18 lac per annum +

Location: Delhi/NCR
