Location – Mumbai

Brief Job Profile:

The position is a part of the senior management in a leading financial services firm:

- He/She will be responsible for raising and supporting the existing Balance Sheet of the Company and also to anticipate and cater to the growing resource requirements of the Company.

- Responsible for maintaining the existing relationship and also build in alternative sources of financing. Expected to play a critical role in building relations with banks, financial institutions, mutual funds, lending institutions, insurance companies etc. to effectively raise finances.

- He / She shall also be manage capital allocation to the business units (nearly 20), monitor the Debt Equity ratio, Balance Sheet Management including Liquidity management, conduct of ALCO, Price Risk, Interest Rate risk, optimise on Off-Balance Sheet exposures to supplement.

- The incumbent shall be extremely good at running models on the liability side of the Balance Sheet and runa “what if” scenario on a real time basis.

- The role will include diversifying the sources of liability and have a balanced mix of short term and long term borrowings.
