Position Title - Regulatory Reporting

Responsibility -

1) The role within the team will focus on managing the production of all daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to the FSA and FINMA (Swiss Regulator), with particular focus on improving the efficiency and accuracy of the current reporting process.

2) The role will also focus on the implementation of new regulatory changes enforced by Regulators due to the increased regulatory focus.

3) Day to day management of the Capital Adequacy, Large Exposure and Statistical reporting

4) Understand FINMA and FSA Capital Adequacy rules and how the rules are applied to production via the Capital Rules engine

5) Identification of areas that will improve the accuracy of reporting

6) Identification of areas where capital savings could be made

7) Improve the team’s ability to proactively manage its capital base

8) Develop improved daily commentaries and variance analysis

9) Approval of the implementation of systems change and new business initiatives

10) Management and development of individuals within the team & Successful delivery of regulatory change programs
