About our Client: Our client is a leading MNC bank having a huge market capitalization. Their captive unit in India is now supporting their global operations. Being regarded as one of the most sustainable banks in the APAC region, they are now seeking a VP- Regulatory Reporting to be based out of Bangalore.

Job Description: Reporting the Head-Regulatory Reporting, your key responsibilities will be:

- Ensuring that all regulatory reporting to the regulators is timely and accurate

- Comprehend measures of regulatory requirements and its ensuing policies under both, as-is and stressed conditions

- Manage the hubs' regulatory requirements to ensure its in-sync with group levels

- Take part in group level discussions pertaining to regulatory changes

- Liaising with key stakeholders regarding regulatory returns

- Provide recommendations/coaching to regulatory associates spanning across various areas of management viz. HR issues, budgets, resource allocations etc.

- Involve in business partnering through continuous interaction with stakeholders

- Provide leadership direction to the regulatory department ensuring appropriate work policies, structures and values are in place

- Own responsibility towards financial management of the regulatory budget

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a Qualified CA with 11-15 years of experience primarily in the regulatory reporting space.

- A skill set consisting of IFRS/APRA/BoE reporting and financial accounting knowledge would be an added advantage.

- The ideal candidate will also bring with him strong verbal and written communication; need to display an understanding of business dynamics & strategies with good attention to detail.
