- Drive initiatives to improve customer engagement, loyalty, and retention rates.

- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, such as product teams, marketing, risk management, and operations, to achieve business objectives.

- Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, industry associations, and local community organizations.

- Represent Bank at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
