VP - Recruitment - eCommerce - XLRI

We are looking for a VP- Recruitment role with one of our clients in Gurgaon.

This role is with an upcoming e-commerce venture in Gurgaon, Need XLRI education people who can create the brand image of the company in the eyes of candidates.

This is more of a strategic recruitment role rather than an operational recruitment role.

Preferred candidates can be tech first HR person of a start up company in internet domain or people with 2-4 years of exp. in Strategic HR/ Recruitment role.
