EDUCATION: MBA IN FINANCE from Top B Schools

Key Responsibilities -

- Create innovative R2A product offerings

- Improve R2A offerings of client

- Build competitive sales collateral

- Solution all client proposition

- Define People process & technology elements of R2A offering

- Define cost standard & productivity measures

- Help engagement in implementing best practices

- Brief Analyst on client R2A offering

- Work with current engagements & new clients on transformation & scope expansion on R2A

- Build SME community with engagements

Competencies Required:

- Thought Leadership in R2A

- Innovation capability to build and suggest new products

- Leadership Skills - to be able to set business targets and rive to deliver the same.

- Client Engagement Skills

- Ability to think out of the box - strategic thinking (Larger picture)

- Execution of transformation projects
