VP - Real Estate Private Equity - Investment Bank

We are looking for a professional for a Real Estate Focused PE fund for their office in Mumbai. The broad responsibilities and skillsets required would be as follows :

Participate in the deployment and management of funds across transactions of residential, commercial and retail Real Estate projects

Responsible for monitoring and exits of investments and handling developer relationships at all levels. Be a Director on few boards and signing authority for operations related to investee companies

Negotiation skills for entry and exit valuations on various deals. Expertise in structuring and documentation of real estate investments

Understanding and Knowledge of in-depth analysis of the financials, budgets and cash flow projections

Involvement in debt syndication and debt restructuring process of transactions relating to Projects where investments have been made.

Investment Banking professionals with exposure to Real Estate sector as well as Real Estate Structured Lending professionals are also invited to apply for the role. Minimum experience of 10 years in RE sector is mandatory
