Brief Job Profile:

- Deal Sourcing/Origination & Closure (Real Estate Project Finance)

- Preparation of Project Report and financial projections with the key parameters.

- Coordinating with lenders for obtaining Sanction and completing the formalities post sanction availing

- Disbursement of TL Limits.

- Co-ordination with Project team for compiling data and status of project.
