Job Description:

- Reporting to the SVP Quality & Reengineering team, you will be responsible for driving the Quality and reengineering projects using LEAN methodology within the APAC region.

The Successful Applicant:

- You should be an MBA from a Tier 1 college with more than 12+ years of relevant experience, along with certifications like Six Sigma Black Belt/Master Black Belt

- You must have extensive experience of driving large scale Quality/ reengineering projects using LEAN methodology within a investment Banking setup

- Prior Experience in Change/ Transformation and Transition within the investment banking setup.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills along with driving large scale cross border projects is mandatory

- Strong experience of stakeholder management is essential
