As a part of migration of value added work from the US, UK, Europe and financial centers in APAC and increase in volume of trades globally, they are seeking experienced Quality & Business Excellence professionals for their captive centers in India.

Job Description:

As an VP you will be reporting to a SVP - Head of Data Quality and you will be responsible for:

- Overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of Optimization projects

- Implementing and driving Business Excellence Techniques and Practices

- Managing global stakeholders and driving strategy initiatives

- Leading quality and productivity initiatives including Lean Six Sigma within the team and ensure delivery of benefits

- Execute on various initiatives to create awareness on continuous improvement tools & techniques.

The Successful Candidate:

- You will be a graduate with a total of 14 years of Quality & Business Excellence experience in Investment Banking sector for global markets and must be Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certified.

- Additionally, you would have had sound Project Management experience, previous experience in driving a change management consulting business (internal stakeholders or external clients) and proven achievements in process improvements.

- You will have excellent communication and the ability to influence and drive stakeholders and be adaptive particularly to cultural diversity.
