Job Description - Reporting to the Head of Quality, you will be responsible for- Undertaking detailed business process analysis to implement high impact six sigma processes
- Reengineering of various organization-wide processes for streamlining and improvisation.
- Establishing continuous improvement methodologies to enhance quality of processes.
- Ensuring and checking compliance requirements, risk management and controls in design of processes.
- Manage interdependencies across projects and leverage synergies across teams.
- Playing an active role in change management and team lead
The Successful Candidate - You should be a CA/MBA from a tier 1 institution. You will be a certified Six Sigma Black Belt/ Master Black Belt with 13+ years of experience. You should hold expertise in continuous change management with the traits of an efficient multi-tasker. Being analytical, creative and innovative are the essential requirements of this role. You should hold a good understanding of financial services with good communication and team handling skills.
