- High energy and good management skills to drive franchise business KPIs through marketing, strong at generating demand and supply at optimized costs, sharp at learning local market flavor for efficient implementation of marketing modes
- The person would be reporting to the business head and would be managing a team of 8-10 professionals at HQ and about 50-60 professionals on the field
JD/Role:
- Responsible for conceptualizing and strategizing marketing activities to achieve the required business KPIs
- To help efficient execution of on field activities to generate a strong pull towards demand and supply
- Involved in timely planning of on field activities to generate regular revenue and expand awareness for the franchise
- Work innovatively across all 200+ markets to generate a significant brand image required to further drive the franchise business
