Age Limit:-45 Years

Job Profile:

- Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, quality control and budget. Establish procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project

- Effectively communicate project expectations, project goals and scope to the team.

- Mitigate project risks and manage issues; manage project scope and change effectively.

- Support business and technology project managers and stakeholders to manage project scope and help ensure projects remain on time and on budget.

- Monitor the GANTT/PERT chart for the project.

- Interact and be the interface with stakeholders and senior management, as also prospective clients to define objectives and priorities within the scope of the project/program/initiative.

- Network with local, state and national agencies for future program development.

- Take a leadership role in developing and maintaining productive relationships with key clients, stakeholders and technology partners to facilitate cross organizational communications, coordination and transparency.

- Lead cross-functional teams, working with all relevant stakeholders to refine strategy, gather and document requirements and identify potential impact in terms of results (cost, quality, timeliness) and process/operations, technology, organization (including people), finances

- Ensure all participants are clear on project goals, benefits, methods, roles and responsibilities are well understood.
