VP - Projects - Real Estate

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Provide visionary leadership for all high-rise building projects.

- Develop and implement project strategies to meet organizational goals and client expectations.

Project Planning and Execution:

- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from excavation to handover.

- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.

- Lead project planning efforts, including resource allocation and scheduling.

Stakeholder Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and contractors.

- Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure project alignment and communication.

Risk Management:

- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead a high-performing team of project managers, engineers, and construction professionals.

- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and career growth opportunities.

Budget Management:

- Develop comprehensive project budgets and ensure adherence through effective financial management.

- Monitor expenditures and prepare financial reports for upper management review.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction regulations and safety standards.

- Implement quality control measures to uphold construction excellence throughout the project.

Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare and present regular project updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.

- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for accountability and transparency.

Continuous Improvement:

- Evaluate project performance and implement lessons learned for future projects.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance project execution and overall effectiveness.
